The Finance division manages payroll, benefit administration, water and sewer billing and grant and project accounting. The Finance Division also coordinates accounts payable and accounts receivables bills for water and sewer services for the Department of Public Works Sanitation Division. Payments may be made in person at the Treasurer's Office at City Hall, mailed to City Hall or put in the lock box near the main door on the south side of City Hall.
