Working with the Department of Development Staff and the Planning Professionals at PDI/GRAEF, public participation will play a critical role in developing a Comprehensive Plan. This public involvement will ensure the creation and adoption of a plan that reflects the future vision of the community. Specific public workshops and meetings will be held to gather input and responses to help guide the planning effort. These meetings will be announced with advanced notice to ensure optimal participation. The City is also in the process of assembling a Comprehensive Planning Commission comprised of City stakeholders from throughout the community to help guide the process.
