On February 15, 2011, the Common Council passed the City of West Allis Comprehensive Plan 2030. This Plan was drafted under the supervision of the City’s Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee by Graef, in consultation with City staff and public input.
This Plan benchmarks existing conditions within West Allis and provides a long-term vision for the City’s future growth. The Plan was constructed to meet the requirements of Wisconsin’s Comprehensive Planning Legislation. The Plan also includes unique chapters that detail our Neighborhood Character, Redevelopment Opportunities and highlight the City’s future challenges and opportunities.
